The Socola Chocolate Snail is a Sulawesi snail from the Tylomelania family, commonly known as rabbit snails, native to the ancient lakes of Sulawesi, Indonesia. It is renowned for its distinctive elongated shell in dark brown or chocolate colouring. It grows to about 5 cm. Like other snails it is highly sensitive to copper, so avoid copper-based medications in its aquarium.
